The King of Paradise 2011 is over for this year. The event became a big success with 20 participants from 5 countries. We logged almost 10.000 km of fast sailing and we had sailable speed winds for 6-7 days every week, 20-50 knots (5-9 Bft). We sailed hundreds of runs over 40 knots and the best top speed was exceeding 45 knots (84km/h). The level of the top sailors was absolute world class.
And most important, we had FUN, FUN, FUN, day after day! Thanks everyone that where involved.

Chris Schill´s crew did 6 rescue ops; some masts where broken and a leg was hurt. Without this service the event would not had been possible to run. Big thanks for all support. We are already looking forward for next year! Also thanks to all thousands who have followed this website from 27 countries!
